Please keep in mind when uploading ....

1. Please upload the entire page of all documents you are sending. 

2. Please include your full name and contact information.

3. State Identification is required for all clients (no exceptions).

4. Click on "Tax Documents" to upload tax forms.  And "Legal Documents" to upload items pertaining to your case.
